How did we get to this point?

The election is over and we will soon have a new president, but the final result will be a far cry from a sweeping repudiation of Trumpism.

Voting in the most important election in our life wraps up tomorrow. And then?

We cannot go back to normal, post-election, unless we want to end up right back here sometime in the future.
