For over a week prior to the 2020 Presidential Election, buildings in Washington, D.C., have been boarding up their doors and windows in anticipation of post-election civil unrest. These are the streets on Monday, Nov. 2, 2020, as the sun was setting on what could potentially have been the last day of peace.
